  • Donnie Moss

    Donnie Moss is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience guiding teams, building businesses, and driving technological innovation. As the founder and CEO of Alchemy Global Networks, he provides high-level IT services and cybersecurity solutions to Federal-Civilian, Defense & Intelligence Agencies, and commercial clients across the globe.

    A graduate of Tennessee Tech University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Donnie also holds numerous certifications, including Cisco, ForeScout, and various other industry-recognized cybersecurity credentials. His expertise has made him a highly sought-after instructor, training professionals on three continents in cutting-edge fields of cybersecurity and information technology.

    While Donnie’s professional resume is impressive, his heart shines brightest when he’s working alongside students. Whether he’s troubleshooting a robot, debugging code, or fixing a broken network at an event, Donnie is in his element—serving others and solving problems. He finds true joy in mentoring youth through hands-on robotics and technology.

    Donnie’s blend of visionary leadership, technical mastery, and servant-hearted mentorship plays a vital role in advancing the mission of the Alchemy Global STEM Institute, where he partners with his wife to ensure all students—regardless of background—have access to life-changing STEM opportunities.

  • Julie Moss

    Julie is a creative force with strong entrepreneurial instincts and social networking skills. Julie has supported the launch of several community businesses, from brick-and-mortar establishments to online ventures. Her expertise in event planning and strategic social media engagement has made her a go-to resource for bringing ideas to life and building excitement around them.

    As a longtime homeschool mom, Julie understands the challenges of engaging and inspiring students. She has provided direct instruction in both the U.S. and Teesside, England, where she also served on youth and college leadership teams and managed administrative responsibilities.

    Julie launched AGSI alongside her husband to provide the kind of opportunity she wanted for her own children to have— future-focused, and inclusive.

    Nothing brings her more joy than seeing students stretch themselves, collaborate, and light up when they achieve something they once thought impossible.

  • Kyle Hunt

    Kyle W. Hunt is the Director and Coach of the robotics program at AGSI. He is from Bristol, TN and graduated from Tennessee High School in 1992. His wife of 24 years is Tammy and they have three children together. 

    He joined the U.S. Air Force in 1997 and served as an Evaluator Loadmaster on the C-17 Globemaster III. After 20+ years of active duty service, he accumulated over 5,200 flight hours, flew the globe in support of our nation’s interests, obtained an associates degree in Aviation and Instructor of Military Science, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

    After retirement in 2017, he returned to Tennessee and became the Aviation, Mechatronics, and Robotics instructor at Happy Valley High School. His robotics experience reaches back more than six years where his teams earned multiple awards to include the Tennessee Middle School State Champion.


  • Bobbie Sprouse

    Bobbie Sprouse brings over three decades of experience in aviation, aerospace, and military operations. His professional journey began with the United States Marine Corps, where he enlisted just days after graduating high school in Parkersburg, West Virginia, and served on active duty from 1981 to 1985.

    Bobbie's academic credentials include an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management, and an MBA specializing in Aerospace and Defense. His extensive career encompasses over 30 years with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and more than 37 years of military service. Notably, in 2010, he and his son had the unique opportunity to serve together in the same unit during Bobbie's final deployment to Iraq.

    Beyond his professional endeavors, Bobbie is passionate about the outdoors, often enjoying trips with his wife of 40 years, Shari, and their four grandsons. He also contributes to youth sports as a regional developmental coach for Team USA Baseball, focusing on players aged 14 and under.

    Bobbie Sprouse's career reflects a steadfast commitment to public service, technical excellence, and community engagement, making him a valuable asset to both his industry and community.

  • Maddison Mooneyhan

    Madi brings a dynamic background of Event Management, Sales Management, and Administrative expertise to the leadership team. Originally from the cornfields of Northern Indiana where Madi spent the majority of her childhood, she relocated to East Tennessee to graduate High School and attend Walters State Community College. During that time, she began her professional career as the Opening Team of a prominent name brand resort in Gatlinburg where she held the role of Sales and Events Manager. For recognition of her dedication and impact to the community for young businesswomen, in 2021 Madi was awarded Business Associate of the Year by the American Business Women Association.

    In 2024 Madi switched gears into more of an administrative support role at Alchemy Global Networks, Alchemy Global STEM Institute, where she is able to support her team with her passion for the details. Madi is passionate about supporting the youth of the community in their creative endeavors and watching them flourish.

    Outside of her professional roles, Madi is a devoted mother to her two children and two bonus children, who are the heart of her world.  

  • Christopher McConkey

    Christopher is a passionate educator and technologist who thrives on helping students think critically, creatively, and courageously.

    Whether he’s leading a classroom, a technical project, or a robotics team, he brings both structure and inspiration to the table—making him a trusted leader and mentor to students and peers alike.

    A graduate of Berean Christian High School, he has gone on to earn certifications as a Network Engineer, ForeScout Specialist, Splunk Analyst, and Cybersecurity Engineer. His work spans industries and audiences—from one-on-one mentorship to delivering impactful talks at large-scale conferences. His ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds makes him a powerful asset both in the classroom and the IT field.

    At AGSI, Christopher brings not only his technical expertise but also his heart for teaching and investing in the next generation. He is committed to equipping students with both the skills and the mindset needed to thrive in an ever-evolving world of technology.

  • Anthony Burns

    Anthony Burns is the Director of Growth and Government Affairs at AGN | Alchemy Global Networks, a leading cybersecurity and network engineering firm. With a diverse background spanning communications, marketing, and business development across sectors such as education, quick service restaurants, media production, churches, and non-profit organizations, Anthony brings a wealth of experience to his role. . 

    Academically, Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Divinity in Church Planting from Asbury Theological Seminary. 
    Based in Knoxville, Tennessee, Anthony continues to leverage his multifaceted expertise to advance AGN’s mission in the cybersecurity landscape. A longtime coach and mentor, he believes deeply in the power of youth as both the leaders of today and the innovators of tomorrow. He is passionate about advancing STEM education as a critical foundation for solving the world’s most complex challenges.

  • Tripp Moss

    Tripp is a rising sophomore who has been deeply involved in robotics for four years, starting in 6th grade.

    A two-time Tennessee state champion and four-time VEX Robotics World Championship competitor, while at the World Championship, he earned the prestigious Judges Award during his 8th grade season, and the Design Award his freshman year.

    Passionate about technology and committed to sharing his knowledge, Tripp finds joy in mentoring younger students and helping them grow.

    Tripp was the driving force behind the opening of Alchemy Global STEM Institute, working tirelessly to paint, renovate, and prepare the space for the community. A natural leader and true team player, he consistently pursues excellence and brings focus, drive, and heart to everything he does.
